I was prescribed sulpha about a month ago for palindromic rheumatism. It is a type of arthritis that comes and goes in severe episodes of pain. I am 18 years old and since starting the drug I have been taking 2 hours naps everyday from exhaustion, headaches nearly everyday and a constant urinary tract infection. Any advice on how to get rid of these side effects?

I have taken sulfasalazine for about 9 months. The 1st 2 months, I had migraine head-aches & very tired. Around that time, I noticed my elbows had eased, my feet were so sore in the mornings, I had to walk flat-footed because of the pain. I have noticed my hair is falling out be the hand-fulls in the last 5 months. Does anyone know if that is a side effect? It has helped painn but I have lost
