I've used this for minor anxiety off and on for about a decade. It keeps me from slipping into full-blown panic attacks and allows a general feeling of control back to my life. I hate to say it like this, but after taking this it feels - to me - like I felt back in the days when I drank like I'd had one or two beers. I am calm but not loopy. I was given this prior to an MRI due to claustrophobia. I've had many MRI's and can't go through one without the valium. Take one 45 minutes before, then I take 1/2 one 5 minutes before - it works.
