My 24 m/o was prescribed this yesterday for swollen tonsils. Just after the second dose he went absolutely insane. SCREAMING, yelling, hitting, throwing and then he just stopped for a few minuets. He stopped after we give him gas drops. After a while he would start all over. Never again.

We stopped at two and a half. It stopped the swelling which had swollen the 18 month old's eye shut but the fits and tyrades were out of control. My happy go lucky 30 month old had a screaming/cryi ... Show Full Comment

My 3 yr. old daughter was given this when she has croup. I didn't notice any effectiveness for her croup. After taking it 4 days she was up all night complaining mouth was sore. Sure enough, little white bumps all over the inside of her cheeks and throat. I was enraged finding that my daughter then had thrush...being someone who has suffered from thrush as an adult, one of the worst pains ... Show Full Comment
