Natural Factors 10% or Jamieson 20% standardized extract Panax ginseng capsules or caplets are my favourite 'male' tonic. I can be sensitive to coffee and caffeine and don't like anything that raises my heart beat, and ginseng does none of these. I always notice a rise in my libido so it must be pushing my testosterone a little higher. I take it daily for 2 months on 1 month off. Its amazing.
