1st time user - recommended by a friend for chest congestion - did help with the congestion but caused me to be dizzy. Relieved to read other reviews that mention similar side effects. Manufacturer's package should mention this since it seems to be common (at least based on reviews here). Also experienced some gas and diarreah (sp?). Was having dizziness and what felt like panic attacks. I thought I was losing my mind till I read the other reviews! Helped my cough tremendously if you can tolerate the crazy!

I have experienced dizziness, shakiness, and some nausea. I just feel spacey like I cannot think at all. I would so much rather cough than wait for this to wear off!
