We have been advised to take this regimen twice a year and have taken it twice now since we moved to Ecuador over a year ago. Intestinal parasitic infections just occur here, as many people who have lived here for years will arrest. We just get to feeling bad after eating, and stool gets runny. The three day regimen is tough because we don't feel well, often dizzy or headachy, but it passes so

I may as well have had nothing. I have diareah so extremely bad that I don't know I'm going to the bathroom until it starts flooding out. By the time I get up to go to the bathroom, it's all over me and the floor. Please tell me what to do. It's been over a week now.
