I took suboxone to quick after being on a high dose of methadone and it threw me into instant withdrawal !!!! I felt like a mack truck ran me over and I ran to the bathroom every 10 minutes. I had hot/cold flashes, muscle cramps, my nerve endings burned like fire. I pray that no one else makes this same mistake. You have to wean yourself down to a low dose of methadone before taking suboxone.
