I have used Zilactin for the past 15 years and I can say that it is one of the most excellent treatments I have ever used for cold soars! It reacts quickly, I can put it on and in few seconds I can feel it working and by the end of the day there is no pain and it's already started to heal. The only canker sore medication that I have ever found to actually work, i.e., speed healing, rather than just masking the sore.

I have tried several times to relieve canker sore pain and other irritations with it, but every time I use it it burns my skin so much my skin dies and falls off. Then it hurts worse than it did before I used zilactin -b
