cleared my ear infection right away, but after a few days i lost some hearing in my affected ear. it came back within about a week, but that was frightening! my doctor said is was not clear if the medication or the infection caused the temporary hearing loss. it did decrease pain right away though

left my throat slightly sore on the same side as the infection, but that have been from the medication "leaking" into my throat. it also caused my ear to "leak" with liquified wax which was extremely irratating having to carry around a cloth to wipe it off of my outer ear, but otherwise, it worked fairly well, but did take a while to be effective. it may have been the infecti

should also state that if you are allergic to SULFUR drugs do NOT take this, I took it literally once and was so sick, got hives and facial swelling.

This medicine does seem to work well for ear infections and swimmers ear for me. I do notice other side effects though. When I use them my eye on the same side as the ear become irritated and dry. Also I can sometimes taste something funny in my mouth and get a mild sore throat on that side as well. I'm guessing it's because they are all sort of connected. Overall the benefits totally outw
