Started using 400 mg fo magnesium oxide with 300 mg vitamin b-2 every day (100 mg in a vit b complex pill). Headaches lessened so I gradually decreased topiramine and Indocin and am completely off both meds and still no headaches. Recommended by a pharmacist in Portland, OR at PPS mail order pharmacy. Also recommended acupuncture, but no need since headaches are gone.

For years I would get severe alergic headaches every time that I ate chocolate, cinnamon, and blueberries. I saw that vitamin B-2 would help chocolate allergies. I took 100 mg perday for 30 days and then tried chocolate. To my delight, there was no headache. Causiously, I then tried cinnamon and then blueberries. I read what a neurologist and migraine expert recommended for migraine prevention so today I am trying it. Take 500mg Magnesium, 400 mg. of B-2 (riboflavin) and 150 mg. CoQ10. After about 5 hrs.
