I have been using this medication for the past 4 months. The first 60 days were very effective. On the other hand it has not been helping. I have been on this med for 3 months. It helped relieve the pressure on optic nerves/discs. Helped very little with headaches and sound of pulse in head.Tingling in extremities and mouth bothersome as well as fatigue and shortness of breath on occasion from low fluid volume. Better than going blind! On a low dose, nervous about increasing dose as my MD wants due to discomfort of side effects.

This medication has horrible side effects but without it I was facing vision loss. This drug has helped delay surgery by a whole year. The side effects are really bad in the begining but over time most will fade. Drink lots of orange juice, it will help stop the tingling.
