I have been using 1-3 boxes of this product per month for over 10 years without a single pregnancy scare or any negative side effects. I am a very fetile mother of 3 so I had concerns when I first switched from the pill. I have had less urinary tract infections since I stopped using oral contraception and began using this product. The best part of using this product is almost no hormonal moodiness

I have only used it once I did not get pregnant so I can't say it did not do what it is supposed to, and it was very simple to use, however the side effects Im having are horrible. I have been in a monogamous relationship for over 3 years I have not put anything else in my vagina nor swam or anything so it has to be from the spermicide. My husband have been using this jelly along with a diaphragm for almost a year now and haven't had any problems. The applicator is a little hard to fill but we love this product other wise.
