I have been using niacinamide for anxiety issues and today is the forth day.I'm feeling much better, a little bit tired but my anxiety is calmed a lot. I started in low dosage 50 mg twice a day for three days and i'm planning to take 100 mg three time a day. I think the dosage depends on the person but i advice anyone to increase it slowly until confortable.

I was given niacinamide to treat a skin problem that the dermatologist could not diagnose. He thought it might be a niacin deficiency. I got a bloody noses within 30 minutes each time I took a niacinamide pill so I had to stop. It didn't do anything for the skin problem either.
