I was diagnosed with Lupus and started on Plaquenil about 5 weeks ago. I am only taking 300mg, but have found it pretty easy to tolerate. I am already starting to have a reduction in my symptoms. I have Serum Negative Lupus, but had many, many of the symptoms, including the Mylar Rash, fevers, swollen joints, mouth sores, etc.

I have been taking Plaquenil and the generic Hydroxichloriqin (spelling?)for around two years now. And I have been in remission since. I've had little hick ups some high fevers where I went to the hospital twice but all in all it's been great. People need to remember doing natural things, eating right, taking your vitamins and excersise play a big role the pill won't fix everything be
