I found this drug very helpful with my Interstitial cystitis. I have been using it for years. I use it 1-2 hrs prior to my bladder instillations and it is very helpful. I tolerate it well with minimal side effects. I went to my pharmacy to have it refilled only to find out it is unavailable. The only option is the generic. There was nothing wrong with it, just that they wanted testing done on it.I am very upset by this as well. This drug also is a life saver for me too!

I would like to know why it was discontinued?I have had excellent results with this drug and have been on it since it first came out. I am very concerned why it's not being made anymore.
