I have suffered with Chronic diarrhea for 30 years, was miserable. After having my gall bladder removed it really was bad. Finally my Dr. put me on this drug and have had excellent results. I take once a day with a glass of Orange juice. I would recommend asking your Dr. about this drug if you suffer from Chronic Diarrhea.

After starting this medication I noticed a rash on both arms and some on the top part of my legs. To make sure that it was the drug causing it I stopped taking it. Within a few days the rash began to go away. I restarted the cholestyramine and the rash came back. I have stopped the medication upon the advice of my Doctor.
