I am only on my second day for alcohol and food cravings, so can't judge it long term so far no cravings. My biggest surprise was that I have chronic joint pain due to arthritis and take motrin like crazy. The past 2 days minimal pain no need for even Tylenol. Keeping my fingers crossed.
