I've been using it for about a week now and still drink, but I feel/KNOW that my tolerance level has decrease significantly. I used to go through a 9-15 pack of 16 oz. beers a day. Now? I drank 5 today and don't want any more and I have a buzz that feels like I'd drank my normal amount. Time will tell, but it seems to be having a positive effect as of the time I'm writing this. ...
