I have no side effects and have never vomited up this medication. I have more visual migraine attacks than when I was young & they last hours without medication which is dangerous when driving. Have appreciated this medication & ... Show Full Comment

I have suffered with migarines all my life and even tho I take Topomas daily, I still get them sometimes. Now when I know I am going to have a migarine, I take a Butalbital-APAP-caffeine as directed and the pain is stopped. No problems with light or noise, no pain. these are miracle workers. I take this med for tension headaches. Asprin, tramadol, even methadone would not touch these headaches. This seems to be about the only thing that works. (Short of going to the hospital and getting morphine) I'm realy happy with it, I only wish it lasted longer.
