This is a medicine I have used for 15 years for migraine attacks and headaches. I developed allergies to all NSAIDS after taking them from childhood for migraines. I have no side effects and have never vomited up this medication. I have more visual migraine attacks than when I was young & they last hours without medication which is dangerous when driving. I feel dizzy sometimes after taking two but to redus side effects i only take one twice daily and two when i go to bed so i don't wake up with a migrane

I have suffered with migarines all my life and even tho I take Topomas daily, I still get them sometimes. Now when I know I am going to have a migarine, I take a Butalbital-APAP-caffeine as directed and the pain is stopped. No problems with light or noise, no pain. these are miracle workers. Very seldom do I have to take a second one. I just wish I had these years ago when I was trying to work and

I take this med for tension headaches. Asprin, tramadol, even methadone would not touch these headaches. This seems to be about the only thing that works. (Short of going to the hospital and getting morphine) I'm realy happy with it, I only wish it lasted longer.
