I'm on Flagyl 4x day for 10 days. I don't know if it was mind over matter or the medication but I felt symptom relief after the 2nd pill. I personally haven't had any side effects but the taste of the pill is unbearable. I recommend yogurt when taking the pill because it helps somewhat.

I was on 400mg 3 times a day and experienced most of the side effects. On the last day I had stomach pain and diarrhea so I decided not to continue with it. Not sure if the bad bacteria was gone. I would never take this medicine again.

I decided to write after reading all of the other very horible comments. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with BV. Flagyl was more than amazing. Everything cleared up. I did experience a severe headache around day 6. But this pill was worth it. So today when I recognized the symptoms, I called my doctor and asked for this pill by name. Benefits far outweigh the annoyances. As far as the taste. No real

I was very leary about taking this med, but seems to be working without terrible side effects. As of right now, on my third day of use. I am getting itchy which is starting to turn into hives, but I intend on finishing this med despite that discomfort. The taste of the pill, please don't be a sissy. I just take it with water and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Urine color is darker,
