    I have been taking Crestor 40mg for about 5 years. It has been more effective than Lipitor. I have not noticed any side effects. At my last check my total cholesterol was 104, with the LDL at 45. It is expensive so I was ordering it from a reputable Canadian pharmacy, but after 3 years of trying and 2 letters from my Cardiologist I was able to get the VA to approve it without me having to start at ...     My cholesterol level has dropped but I feel that my memory has got a lot worse than when on Lipitor for years

    I just got rejected by my drug company. They want me to try a generic brand of cholesterol reducing medicine. There is no generic for Crestor. This has worked for me. I don't want to change because of the possible side effects from using other drugs. I have not had any side effects using Crestor. So in other words, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
