    I have been dealing with depression so long that it is a mainstay in my daily life. The depression feeds into my anxiety. I am a low starting dose. I am concerned about my blood pressure, but it hasn't noticably risen. Part of my issue may have been working remotely with little to no human interaction whilst my better half goes to work.     I was suicidal (didn't want to wake up, began to consider suicide, every day was arduous, couldn't eat, socializing was difficult, loss of enjoyment of anything, hopeless, etc). Went on 150 XL and had slight improvement, after 6 weeks went up to 300 XL and more improvement, and began to be able to live a normal life and be myself again.     I just started taking this medication 3 days ago. I have a history of depression and recently diagnosed with AdultADD. I did begin to notice a lil less procrastination more motivated to do at least 1 task. My moods have been upbeat more often. I smoke cannabis so my urge for that has decreased.     I just started 4 days ago and day 2 I started getting head aches and some nausea. Not sure if that is normal or not.
