My cardiologist recommended use of magnesium to reduce PVC's. It has been helpful. Also important supplement as I also have insulin resistance, Endocrinologist also endorsed use of magnesium. Found a brand of chelated elemental magnesium to be the best, my body response is a palpable calm. Occasionally use magnesium citrate at night to assure evacuation of bowels, but this often is not n
