I am on Ciprofloxacin for 7 days and currently on my 2nd last day of using them, it feels like the infection is slowly coming back. It has helped with my right flank pain and the frequent urination. Only side effects are Lower back pain & Leg pain.

Cipro makes me very lethargic which I thought was unusual considering it is not listed in the side effects. However, it is worth it. The pain went away almost immediately.

After a UA culture, was informed I had enterobacter aerogenes. My Dr prescribed Cipro and it did its job in clearing up the UTI. How it comes about I don't know but thank God for doctors. It works (Cipro) very well, despite the minor side effects.
