I am in my mid 40s and I have a mild/moderate ED. After taking my my first Cialis 20mg. I was rock hard. And, I last super long before my first orgasm. A real plus in terms of sexual performance: hardness, and marathon.

Cialis has given me the ability to get and maintain an erection as well as a satisfying sex life again. Started out taking 20 mg but have been cutting the pill in half after experiencing leg pain as a side effect. 10 mg seems to do the trick. took 20mg tablet I got as a sample from Dr. after 1/2 hour had solid erection, and lasted much longer then usual before orgasm. Had another solid erection 9 hours later in the morning. Only side effect was some mild facial flushing.
