I am a diabetic and it has caused a large spike in my sugar this morning, also a feeling of light headedness.

I've tried this med many times, at different times/ages in my life for allergy symptoms. I never started getting real relief until I became steadfast in my use of it. I take it twice a day, once in morning upon waking, and once at supper time. I follow with an over the counter nasal spray to help combat the constant "dripping" of my nose (seasonal allergies) which contains Oxymetazol ... Show Full Comment

Starting using this as I was having chronic problems with my sinuses and vertigo due to allergies. It works very well and takes care of almost all of my symtoms, even that chronic sore throat that I have been experiencing when my allergies act up. This even works better than OTC allergy medicines in pill form like claritin and allegra for me.

My new Dr. gave me this for allergies and sinus problems. I would wake up every 2 or 3 hours with my nose stopped up. It had been so long since I had a good nights sleep. The first night I tried the spray, my nose stayed un-stopped all night long. And I sleep so good. I use it every night before I go to bed. I am very pleased.

I feel it works well but I dislike the smell. It smells to me like you are in a vat of wildflowers!
