I like taking this drug, however, I am not sure if the combination of Prilosec OTC and Lexapro make my bones hurt. Does prolonged use have this effect?

I have developed a terrible case of acid reflux over the years, and Prilosec (generic) is the only drug I've found that effectively treats it. Even Nexium didn't help me. Granted, I have an unusually tough case and require 80 mg./day, which I know is a very high dose. However, it works well for me, with no side effects. Prilosec 20 mg had been very helpful to me. I have suffered for years with gastro problems and acid reflux. The only thing I don't like is that my stomach gets bloated really bad and I feel full all the time. I only take it when I have flare-ups because of that reason. I had shortness of breath/chest pains and pulmonary doctor prescribed this medication. As soon as I took it the first time, I stopped gasping for air, and I felt I can breath again. I had taken Prevacid and Nexium, but they do not work like Prilosec.
