taking for treatment of methane sibo . took 500 x2 a day for one week and got somestrange sensations on my r-ear like it would be full of water. It lasted for 3 days and so now I am worried about the hearing problems it can cause and stopped tking it . So far it did not help my sibo either I was supposed to take it for 14 days. but not worth having hearing issues.
