I have slowly found that this product is causing me chest pains. I am now very clearly of this product and am avoiding any supplement or medication that contains this product. I really hope this product can be replaced.

Causes extreme muscle cramping and tension. Very painful. Starts within a day of using supplements containing it and within 3 days escalates to unbearable intensity.

My body rejects any minerals not bonded to protein.I am sure other people wonder why magnesium stearate in their medications cause the medication to not work well or even make them sick.I can no longer use anything containing processed minerals,even antiperspirant and makeup because of anemia and white blood cell crystalization in my liver and joints.If you feel ill or weak for no apparent reason,

Magnesium Stereate has helped to considerably reduce muscle and joint pain, and it has helped to reduce muscle tension and also helps with my insomnia. An added benefit also came about: the pulsating twitch in my left palm (tremor/seizure type pulsation) has stopped.
