This is the 2nd time I've had this thanks to Lupus and my weakened immune system. Seems to have disease under control. I get my eyes checked every 6 months because of the Rifampin and blood work every 2 months to check my liver for problems. My total treatment time is 18 months and I can't wait for it to be over just so I can stop taking so many pills.

In all fairness I have only been on this medication for 6 days along with Biaxin. I must continue this med for 1 year. I really cant tell too much of a difference. At first it made me very nauseated, but my body seems to be adjusting.

I was warned that there could be complications from this medicine. I didn't realize the severity of damage that could occur to my vision. Sudenly my vision in my left eye became very blurry. It has affected my job alot. It has been two weeks of treatment and my vision is not back to normal.

I had been having more severe migraines than my usual and when I had double vision I reported it to my doctor and he said it is a side effect & I would have to still take it for at least 18 months. When I questioned him why when the makers of Ethanbutol said to seek m
