Makes my skin feel moisturized and healed. Not really greasy and heavy like olive oil, which can be sticky and interrupt sleep. Only thing is, you have to apply often to keep the same effect.

safflower and food additives made from safflower, like saffron act like a gastrointestinal poison, to me. Used in chips and other foods. read lables.

I brought the gel caplets and oil.I found that drinking cold fluids cause alittle discomfort.So drink green tea after taking the oil.

I read that Safflower oil, when used, would shrink belly fat. I can see a difference after only a month. It also works like a laxative. Fiber makes lots of gas, no side effects from the oil.
