    I have had nightmares for years due to childhood abuse. 3 years ago my middle son was in a car accident and was on life support for 2 weeks. I could not sleep due to very vivd nightmares, panic attacks so bad I could not breathe, even after my son made a full recovery. It has been 3 years 3 months at 2mg at bedtime.     Husband is a medically retired 23-year military veteran with PTSD, TBI, etc. He was prescribed this for PTSD nightmares and it doesn't help him at all. It made him worse with vivid dreams (not nightmares or terrors though) that made him restless (sleep talking and very active body movements allll night long), nausea, headache, severely dizzy and lightheaded.     I tried taking it for a week for my nightmares but it only made them worse. It also made it feel like I had play-dough in my mouth so I stopped taking it.
