I had a biopsy on my breast in Dec., 2012. The surgeon put Mastisol on the site. I had huge blisters all along the inscision for two months, with skin sloughing off for weeks afterwards. This is a terrible product that should not be used.

Tried OTC cortizon cream and stayed on benedryl for 5days because it was thanksgiving weekend. Monday I emailed Dr. She called and informed me I am highly allergic to mastisol adhesive. Given script for strong steroi ... Show Full Comment
