I honestly would get physically ill and so shaky I felt like I would pass out with my periods every month always at noon and it would take throwing up to make it stop. I took Midol for the first time a month ago just one tablet the pain the sweating the nausea it all stopped. My period is EXTREMELY painful and cramps are not the easiest things to handle during school. All I have to do is take 2 of the extra strength pills and my cramps are nonexistent for the entire day.

I have very extreme menstrual cramps and Midol helps much better than Advil. You can also get then generic brand at Safeway, which works just as well but is cheaper!
