I have Gerd and I cannot take too much of this. What I found effective is to take 2.5 mg under the tongue which works in about 30 min. But I wake up half way through the night to go to the bathroom. So I take another 2.5 mg under the tongue and all is great. However, I alternate nights with 10 mg of Melatonin because the Zolpidem exacerbates the gerd and also makes me very tired throughout the

I have been taking 5mg about three nights a week and, while 5mg helped me sleep in the beginning, it no longer appears to help. When it did work, I experienced minor side effects such as mild disorientation between the time I took the medication and falling asleep but nothing major.

This medicine did not help my trouble sleeping. This made it worse. I took the pill and lied down within 5 minutes. I started to see and hear hallucinations. Will not take again.

All of them worked well. Recently I was given a generic Zolpidem Tartrate it is peach colored, oblong and has 10 MG printed on one side and a logo on the other side. I have taken this generic a number of times --
