i fall asleep much faster and sleep longer since using ambien. i only take it once in a while, when i need to sleep. sometimes it makes me dizzy when it starts kicking in, and thats my cue to get in bed. good sleep aid with less side effects in the morning after.

I have been using it for few years and it still works. I had some eye pain with the regular but not with the CR. Too bad it is so expensive. So I alternate with stress meds that give me shorter sleep till CR version becomes generic.
