    AFter overworking for nearly 2 months I had a 5 day period of insomnia (could not fall asleep till 2-4 AM). Then on I was exhausted. Discovered I am in a depression. This med gets me asleep after about 45 minutes. First few nights I slept 10 hours only waking once for a pit stop. Since then I sleep about 9. Very helpful.     I recently started the medication, it does help me fall to sleep, but i wake up after 3 hours of sleep. And i have troubles falling back to sleep. Is this normal?

    The first few nights of taking the drug i had problems staying as sleep, i still woke up 3 or 4 times a night, but it made me fall asleep right after taking it. Also i felt like i had a hangover feeling the next morning.

    I tried lunesta first and i had a hard time falling asleep and i was also waking up a lot . The first night i took this i felt a little weird the next day but now 5 days later i feel fine. I just make sure i drink a lot of water the next day. Some headaches the next day but not to bad. Lunesta also made me very emotional, or maybe because i was not sleeping! But now i feel great.
