If you have to cut it and take half a pill make sure you have a big glass of water near you. Once I took half a pill with a drink of water but it didn't go all the way down. It took a while for the pill to go all the way down and even after it did, but throat burned.

I started using this when my doctor perscribed to it to me during a kidney infection. I took my perscribed amount and in less than 45 minutes I was throwing it up. I thought this was supposed to help stop nausea and vomiting? It didnt for me. It made things worse...
