I have been taking it only for a few days, but so far, there seems to be dramatic improvement in my knee (both) ankle (both) and shoulder (right) pain (osteoarthritis). No side effects, so far. Price does seem pretty high.

I do not tolerate anti-inflammatory drugs. Due to a knee strain was prescribed this drug. I began to have throat irritation, followed by an increasing cough. I take 500 mg 2 times a day and at first I had a slight change in bowel habits and flatulence. that stopped by the end of the thrd week on the drug. I am less stiff and after 15 years of Fibromylagia, this is the first medication that I really have no side effects other than just feeling better. I can't say it takes away all pain and I feel great, but I am much worse without it.
