been on this for about a month. so far my osteo is way better. dont need the nsaids or pain meds nearly as much. some intestinal issues, but only if i eat cheese, or veggies that normally cause gas anyway. but at $50 for a supplement is another way of big pharma doing its worst for patients, as usual. this is NOT a drug, it is a 'super food', and should be OTC.

I've been on Limbrel 500 mg 2x a day for 1 1/2 yrs. I feel the nest I've felt in 30yrs. I've had some weight gain, but I believe that's because of my poor eating habits. I've noticed that if I do something that causes pain, I recovered quickly, I stead of dealing with it for weeks.

I've now been taking this medication for 12 hours - 2 500ml caps x2/day. This stuff is magic. I've had an eensie bit of gas, but otherwise, what it's done for my back is amazing. I'm not sure yet if it's the Limbrel or its effectiveness with my other meds, but the pain in my back/hips/joints is decreasing exponentially. It should be noted I had 3 back surgeries simultan
