I have used this for a couple of years off and on. It works. I had my hair thin and break from over processing color and relaxer & each time I've used it my hair has grown back thicker and healthier. My dermatologist told me to take this after I experienced extreme hair loss which resulted in me wearing a wig for 7 months. My once straight hair is much thicker and for some reason is very curly. The doctor thought I had on a new wig. I will never stop taking it.

I am taking this product for thinning hair. To my surprise I can tell a difference with a four week use! Hair appears to be thicker, hopefully it is thicker. My hair has grown enough I can tell. Looks wonderful and will continue taking from now own.

Took AG/Pro for my nails. Have not been able to grow my own nails without constant breakage. A/G did work.. within a month, my nails were grown out enough to look nice with polish. But the pills were not pleasant for me to take. For one, it bothered my stomach a bit, and taking 6 pills a day is more than too much for me. IT was recommended by my hair stylist. I shaved my head and started over and have been using this product for over a year and it has helped my hair growth tremendously. I will continue to use until I die!
