My docter stated a person could not have shingles more than once, but i had them twice, the only thing i found that would help me was 1000 mg vit. c and 1000 mg of lysine, the vit c with rose hips was much better , because rose hips did not hurt my stomach. redness was gone and pain as well as itching. I have a lot of seniors as friends and ever one that had the shi ngles was helped . please fo

I amtaking Jay Robb Whey Protein with 2297 mg (ingrediants in 12 og,340gm net weight container) each morning in 8oz 1% milk. At this time I donot know how it is working. Thanks this has 150mg sodium,390mg potassium and 30mg cal in 30g of product. unsure about penifits
