I wake in the middle of the night with rock hard leg cramps, and if I don't take quinine, they not only keep occuring, but my legs are very sore the next day. With quinine, I can't tell I ever had a leg cramp. My PA suggested I drink Quinine water, and that does help some, but isn't really as good.......

I was prescribed this for night cramps several years ago. I still get cramps so doctor increased the dose from 200mg to 300mg, but I wonder if it is safe as lately I feel continually woosy with tremors, and lately a foggy eye and numbness on the left side. I have had several strokes. I do have other medical problems connected with heart.
