During surgery I was given an epidural for pain. When the epidural was removed, I was infected but did not realize it until after I was home for 5 days. An abscess developed in my spine diagnosed as MRSA and required spinal surgery to remove. I was on Vanc for approximately 49 days at home and had absolutely no adverse reaction.

For treatment of pus collection in the cheek and inner part of the mouth due to a dental abscess and complications and or resistance due to uncontrolled IDDM. Has diarrea and has developed a rash in my skin all over my body but I dont know if this medication with the use of two other antibiotics has caused me these side effects.
