I started taking collagen about a month ago. Not long enough for it to be effective, but since taking it I have had severe heartburn.

This supplement has really seemed to help my joint pain & my skin is really looking great. Unfortunately, I started having severe constipation & abnormal heart rate. I started having spells of severe tachycardia (130bpm) with dizziness 2-3 hrs after taking my evening dose. I had decreased my dosage to once daily due to the constipation. I take the collagen + C to try to slow down my hair got thinner and my skin delays dark spots.I am not sure the collagen is really working because I do take the food which may help my concern.

I added Collagen+C to my diet Beginning last March/08. By mid April, I thought I was having a heart attack, and was given Xanix to stop my body from these spells. I am now diagnosed with GAD, and this just seems to co-incidence with that only being the change in my diet at that time and now fighting these spells often.
