My hemoglobin went from a 7.5 to a 12 in the matter of 30 days, taking 2 Ferrex 150 daily. The only negative is discomfort during a bowel movement. I was very irregular until taking metmucil daily. Some discomfort still remains.

I haven't found any noticable difference in my anemia although my doctor has me continuing medication. why not package in a bottle or jar and save us all a lot of time and maybe even money? When you have to peel this bubble wrap 30-31 times a month it gets kind of old pretty quick.
