    Deplin was too much for me. Took 3 days and had to stop bc of terrible adrenaline rushes that immediately caused anxiety and panic. I was given this bc gene testing revealed MTHFR gene mutations & id presented with breakthrough anxiety and some depression and derealization despite being on 25mg Lamictal and 10mg Viibryd.     Since running out of Deplin 5 days ago, I've realized just how much it was helping me. I suffer from depression that zaps me of energy and Deplin really helped to boost my energy level. I will not let myself run out again!

    I have only been taking a few days. Took years ago when I was on lamictal because it reduces folate levels. Hope it works again. Anyway, I have heard a lot of people complain about the price. DO NOT go to your pharmacy. Your doctor can send a prescription directly to Brand Direct Health. My portion went from $128 at pharmacy to $65 with shipping at Brand Direct.     As a food/medication, there is no way this could cause side effects. I am off anti-depressants for the first time in forever. I feel so much better, am not a zombie, and do not have the other side effects I have lived with for years. I am amazed and thrilled!
