I have scare tissue in my spine at L4 &L5, plus I have arthritus in my tail bone. My pain management dr. put me on this 3 years ago, with wonderful results. It controls the pain with out any side affects or geeling druged.

I have been in pain mgt. for 12yrs. Tried every and I mean every pain med made. My surgeon had a disagreement with pain dr., called him inconsidered because surgeon not happy with pain mgt. dr.'s treatment after surgery. My "caring" dr. felt I should find new dr.. didn't know that it is impossible and might take up to a year for this drug to leave your body. didn't know that withdrawing even slowly could cause severe problems. think people need more education before prescribing it, so they can make an informed decision before using this medication.

One day I started getting spasms as if i were being shocked by electricity. The spasms became worse and about a week later I could not walk. I was bent almost at a 90 degree angle and the quad cane was at it's shrtest setting. Promary care put me on Vicodin, then Percocet. Nurologist sent me to pain management.
