The only problem is that I have "hot flashes" about 15-20 times every 24 hours while taking this medication. My dosage is 7.5 mg twice daily. No other problems noted. It has been very effective in treating the pain.

i was on 40mg every 4-6hrs for cronic pain the doc who wrote the the meds for me must have wrote it up WAY to often my heart went into torsads were the bottem part of your heart just like shakes iit dont give a good pump and that brought my heart rate down to lke 34bpm then it would ski rocket to almost 130 beats per minute and then i would "pass out" well me passng out wasnt really pas
