I have had idiopathic neuropathy for 15 years. I take 3 400 mg capsules twice daily. I've had no noticeable side effects, except I had to increase dose about 3 years ago. It has been a lifesaver for me.

Used for long lasting pain in thighs caused with any extended standing in 1 position. The pain would be almost non-stop and could last for months. I find this medicine 95% effective for me having had shingles previously.

I was taking this medication for about 2 months for nerve issues in my neck and then I began have memory issues. I was unable to remember simple words and would get stuck every 4th sentence or so. At first I thought I had had a stroke but then reviewed my medication and found that memory issues or "word hunting" are a possible side effect. It has been a year since I stopped and I am st
